1. DRAFT 
  2. EACH MANAGER WILL DRAFT A TEAM CONSISTING OF A MINIMUM OF 7 PLAYERS AND 1 DEFENSIVE TEAM UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 14 PLAYERS AND 2 DEFENSIVE TEAMS. YOUR TEAM WILL CONSIST OF AT LEAST: 

    1 QUARTERBACK 

    2 RUNNING BACKS 

    2 WIDE RECEIVERS 

    1 TIGHT END 

    1 KICKER 

    1 DEFENSIVE TEAM 

    THESE ARE THE MINIMUM # OF PLAYERS NEEDED TO START EACH WEEK. THE MAXIMUM ROSTER SIZE WILL BE 16. YOU CAN HAVE AS MANY PLAYERS AS YOU WANT AT A POISITON EXCEPT FOR DEFENSE WHERE YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 2 DEFENSIVE TEAMS. THERE WILL BE 1 MANAGER THAT WILL ONLY HAVE ONE DEFENSIVE TEAM. SHOULD THERE BE A GAME WHERE ONLY ONE TEAM HAS A DEFENSE PLAYING, NEITHER DEFENSE WILL BE DECIDED IN THE SCORING FOR THAT GAME.

    DRAFT ORDER WILL BE DETERMINED AT RANDOM BY PICKING NUMBERS OUT OF A HAT WITH THE NUMBER PICKED CORRESPONDING TO THE DRAFT ORDER. WE WILL HAVE A SNAKE DRAFT MEANING THE MANAGER PICKING 1ST IN THE 1ST ROUND WILL PICK LAST IN THE 2ND ROUND. 

    YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF KEEPING ONE PLAYER FROM LAST YEARS ROSTER. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO THIS YOU WILL DRAFT 1 ROUND LATER THEN THE OTHER MANAGERS WHO HAVE DECIDED NOT TO KEEP A PLAYER FROM LAST YEAR.. THOSE MANAGERS ELECTING TO HAVE A KEEPER MUST DECLARE THEIR INTENTIONS FOLLOWING THE LOTTERY BUT BEFORE THE 1ST ROUND OF THE DRAFT.

     

  3. LEAGUE PLAY 
  4. THERE WILL BE A 13-WEEK REGULAR SEASON BEGINNING ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 12TH AND ENDING ON MONDAY DECEMBER 16TH. THE PLAYOFFS WILL START WEEK 14 OF THE SEASON AND END WITH THE CHAMPIONSHIP IN WEEK 16.  

    THERE WILL BE 16 TEAMS DIVIDED INTO 2 CONFERENCES WITH EACH CONFERENCE HAVING 2 DIVISIONS. EACH DIVISION WILL HAVE 4 TEAMS. YOU WILL PLAY EACH TEAM IN YOUR DIVISION TWICE, THE OTHER TEAMS IN YOUR CONFERENCE ONCE AND 3 MORE GAMES DETERMINED AT RANDOM AGAINST THE TEAMS IN THE OPPOSITE CONFERENCE.

     

  5. LINEUPS
  6.  LINEUPS WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN 10PM THE NIGHT BEFORE THE FIRST GAME OF THAT WEEK. FOR EXAMPLE IF THERE IS A WEDNESDAY GAME YOUR LINEUP WILL BE DUE BY 10PM ON TUESDAY REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE ANYONE PLAYING IN THAT GAME. 

    IN THE CASE THAT YOU HAVE A PLAYER THAT IS QUESTIONABLE THAT WEEK AND YOU ARE NOT SURE IF HE WILL PLAY OR NOT THAT WEEK, YOU MAY WHEN YOU TURN IN YOUR LINEUP DESIGNATE A BACKUP PLAYER AT THE SAME POSITION TO REPLACE HIM IF YOUR QUESTIONABLE PLAYER DOES NOT PLAY AT LEAST ONE DOWN.

     

  7. PLAYER TRANSACATIONS 
  8. TRANSACTIONS ARE CONSIDERED TRADES, AND PICKUPS OR ACQUISITIONS. YOU CAN PAY A ONE-TIME FEE TO HAVE UNLIMITED TRANSACTIONS OR YOU CAN PAY PER TRANSACTION ACCORDING TO THE FEES BELOW.  

    THERE WILL BE TWO TRANSACTION DAYS IN WHICH YOUR TRADES OR PICKUPS MUST BE DONE BY. THE DEADLINE EACH WEEK TO HAVE YOUR TRANSACTIONS IN IS 7PM ON WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY. IF YOU PICK A PLAYER UP BETWEEN SUNDAY AND WEDNESDAY AND NO OTHER MANAGER INQUIRES ABOUT THE SAME PLAYER THEN THAT PLAYER WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ROSTER ON THURSDAY. LIKEWISE IF YOU PICKUP A PLAYER BETWEEN THURSDAY AND SATURDAY HE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ROSTER ON SUNDAY. IF MORE THAN ONE MANAGER INQUIRES ABOUT THE SAME PLAYER DURING ONE OF THOSE TIME PERIODS A RANDOM DRAWING WILL BE HELD ON EITHER WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY TO SEE WHO GETS THAT PLAYER.  

    ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE BY THE NEXT DAY SO YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU GOT THE PLAYER YOU WANTED. 

    INJURED RESERVE WILL BE A SEPARATE TRANSACTION AND A FEE WILL BE CHARGED EACH TIME YOU PLACE A PLAYER ON INJURED RESERVE. INJURED RESERVE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE UNLIMITED TRANSACTIONS. YOU CAN PLACE A PLAYER ON INJURED RESERVE FOR ANY REASON BUT THERE CAN ONLY BE 2 PLAYERS ON I/R AT THE GAME TIME.
